By registering for the course, you agree to provide accurate information and pay the applicable fees via PayPal. Early bird rates apply for registrations completed before 31 October 2024.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations before 30 November 2024: Full refund minus a £150 administrative fee.
• Cancellations from 1 December 2024 to 31 January 2025: 50% refund.
• Cancellations after 31 January 2025: No refund.

The course committee reserves the right to modify the course content, format, speakers, schedule, and venue. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified. Should you require to cancel your attendance of the course, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the course, including travel and accommodation expenses.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
